A: You need to take off the sticker on the batteries and it will work.

Q: If wifi signal is too weak near the door, How can I solve the signal problem?
A: You shall order with the wifi extenter, It will hope you extend the wifi signal distance.

Q: What power it support, AC power or DC power?
A: No, it does not support power.

Q:I order with battery, why I can’t turn on the camera?
A:All battery sent with a Insulating film, you shall move out it before you use.

Q:Why my new battery work short time?
A:For airline require: all rechargable battery must keep 0-60% power, if not, parcels can’t be shipped by air post.
So some battery is empty or less power. please charge battery full at the first time you use.

Q:Is the night mode on auto at night?
A:Yes, It build in Photosensitive chip, Night mode will on auto at night.

Q:My house is a villa, I don’t want the camera doorbell call me always. How can I do?
A:In the setting, you can Turn off the PIR detection. Then it will not call you if no body click the doorbell button.

Q: Sometimes, the camera will disconnection in my phone, how can I do?
A: Transfer wifi connect to 4G, or transfer 4G to wifi. and then restart the Tuya app. If problem can’t be solve, then restart the doorbell.

Q: Is every doorbell check before shipping?
A: Yes, Before we sent, all doorbell tested wifi connect, chime connect, video quality, sounds quality, Night mode, motion detection ….etc.

Q: Is the doorbell support Intercom?
A: Yes, it support 2CH Intercom. No matter where are you, people near the door can speak with you if your phone has wifi or 4G signal.

Q: Is the doorbell support 5GHz wifi or only 2.4G.
A: It support only 2.4G.

Q: Is one Doorbell support 2 or more chime?

About Shipment:

1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
